The coaching services are offered based on the following terms and conditions. When you place an order with Wanderlust Worker to engage in our coaching services, these terms and conditions become a legally-binding contract between yourself and Wanderlust Worker. The following terms and conditions are set forth herein:
1. Cancellation Rights
Any cancellations of services must be made at least 72-hours in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations that are made within that 72-hour window due to scheduling conflicts and our inability to reschedule sessions without ample notice. If you can’t attend a session and you inform us at least 72 hours in advance, we’ll be happy to honor a refund or rescheduling request.
We kindle ask that you under that we retain the right to cancel coaching sessions in certain extenuating circumstances such as illness or maladies related to your personal coach. We’ll do our best to insure that you have ample notice and provide multiple alternatives for future sessions that you can choose from.
Payment is made directly via credit card on our website and payment will be deducted immediately from your credit card account. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant that you are a lawful representative of the financial account in question and that you are paying willingly and without intention to defraud Wanderlust Worker.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any and all coaching services, and or terminate the contract should there be an issue with payment or that charges become overdue for whatever reason.
Client agrees that coaching services must be used within one calendar year from the date that it was originally purchased.
When you purchase a coaching package from us, you gain access to tools and resources that will help you to better define your goals and institute a plan of action to succeed in whatever endeavor it might be that you’re aiming towards. For that reason, should you choose to roll your coaching services into our business or executive-level platinum coaching, we’ll be more than happy to convert those unused coaching hours towards those services.
4. Coaching time
The one-on-one coaching hours are billed against the total time purchased and does not include extra services beyond those interactions. If you do require more personalized assistance or help in crafting specific documents or plans, we will charge those services against the total time billed within 15-minute increments. All charges would first need your approval and we will not assume anything during the course of our work, so you needn’t worry that extraneous charges will be deducted from your total time balance account.
5. Warranty and liability
Wanderlust Worker prides itself on the ultimate satisfaction of its clients and stands steadfastly behind its coaching services and methods. We commit ourselves to providing the best possible service and delivering an enormous amount of value to ensure that you’re completely happy with the services rendered.
That being said, you are responsible for your own actions, both outside and within the coaching relationship, and you release us of all liability claims against agents, employees, directors and representatives of our coaching team.
We will keep everything that you tell us strictly confidential and we will not pass any of your information or details onto a third party whatsoever. We strictly abide by and believe in total and complete privacy in these matters.
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and these terms will remain in effect and no amendments or changes shall become effective unless those changes are agreed to, written and signed by both parties.
